- License Agreement
All material is purchase subject to the terms of a single user ("single-user license")
or multi-user license ("multi-user license") Agreement. At the point of purchase
you will either select a Single User License, CD-Rom Mail Delivery, Hard Copy Mail
Delivery or a Multi-User License the conditions of use are described below:
- User License – PDF:
A PDF version of the report will be sent by Renub Research to your username email
address.
- CD-Rom Mail Delivery:
A CD-Rom with a copy of report is sent by Renub Research to your shipping address
for standard 2-3 business day delivery.
- Hard Copy Mail Delivery:
A hard copy of the report is sent by Renub Research to your shipping address for
standard 2-3 business day delivery.
- Multi-User License:
A Multi-User License provides an effective way to avoid copyright violations by
granting discounted, multi-user use for a report. It allows employees to share a
report with other Authorized Users, any person employed by the same direct organization
of the original purchaser. This does not extend to employees of the parent company
or related subsidiaries.
- Reliance on Information of Products
Commentary and other materials posted on our reports are not intended to amount
to advice on which reliance should be placed. We try to ensure that information
and content in the report is accurate but please note that all information and content
in the report is provided on an "as is" basis and you assume total responsibility
and risk for your use of information and content in the report. We therefore disclaim
all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials

- Disclaimer
In no event shall renub research be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental,
special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with any
content (or any material provided hereunder), whether based on contract, tort, strict
liability, or otherwise, even if renub research has been advised of the possibility
of damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of limitation
of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not
apply to you. Notwithstanding the foregoing, total liability of renub research for
any reason whatsoever shall not exceed total amounts paid by you to renub research
in connection with the subject matter of the dispute.
